The Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our diverse support services in Carmarthenshire. You will be managing a team of approximately 20 staff and overseeing two supported young people's projects and a large generic floating support contract.
In all areas you will be ensuring that high-quality, trauma-informed support is provided across all services, embedding safety, trust and empowerment.
We seek an experienced, empathetic leader with expertise in multi-agency collaboration and trauma-informed approaches.
Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
Interviews will be held in Carmarthen on 18 July 2025.
