We are looking to recruit a Business Assurance and Information Officer based at our Head Office in Carmarthen.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, time management and communication skills. You must have excellent attention to detail and you will provide first rate customer service to clients and staff.

Amongst a variety of other things the successful applicant will:

  • Act as the point of contact for external and internal customers, whilst overseeing office facilities functions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer Services records
  • Support the Governance & Assurance Manager in collating and reporting accurate data
  • Liaise with and support the Finance team in processing the purchasing and procurement of goods and resources
  • Collect, collate & produce accurate reports on client/tenant participation & consultation
