The Vacancy
We are looking to recruit female* support workers (day & waking night shifts) for a new venture, a 24/7 support project for single women with complex needs, based in RCT.
We have the flexibility to work with people's availability, so are open to applications from people looking for full or part time work.
We would like to hear from applicants who have experience in a similar role offering support to people with complex needs such as substance misuse, mental health or offending issues.
Candidates must hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
*We require female Support Workers over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting in this project, making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
